How billing works

Paid monthly by card: Payments go through Stripe in pounds sterling and work with cards from most countries. Card details are never stored on this website.
One bill per website: All monthly services for a website are combined into one monthly payment.
Change any time: Add services from your dashboard. Removing one stops it from your next bill.
Invoices in one place: Every payment has an invoice you can view or download from the billing page.

Questions, answered.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

Yes. Most of the work happens over video calls, email and your dashboard, so you can be anywhere. If you are nearby, I am happy to meet in person too.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. I handle the setup, hosting and updates. You tell me what you need in plain words through your dashboard.

How do I ask for changes or report a problem?

Log in to your dashboard and open a bug report or a feature request. You can add screenshots and follow the whole conversation there.

How does billing work?

Monthly services are paid by card through Stripe. From the billing page in your dashboard you can see invoices, update your card and cancel.

Can I add a booking system or live chat later?

Yes. Both can be added to a website that is already live, whenever you are ready.

What does a new website cost?

It depends on the pages and features you need. Tell me about your business and I will come back with a quote.
