Cancelling monthly services

You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. No phone call or email is needed.
When you cancel, no further payments are taken. The services keep running until the end of the month you have already paid for.
If you remove a single service from a website, it stops straight away and the unused part of the month is credited towards your next payment.

Payments for a new website or a redesign follow the payment and cancellation terms in your project quote.

If you think you have been charged by mistake, contact me and I will look into it straight away. Your statutory rights are not affected.
