Does it matter where my business is?
No. Everything happens through WhatsApp, phone or video calls, email and your dashboard, so it works the same wherever you are. If you are nearby, we are happy to meet in person too.
What comes with a new website?
Everything it takes to go live and be found. Will my website show up on Google?
We build every site the way Google asks for and set it up on launch day: a title and description for every page, a sitemap, your business details marked up for search, and Google Search Console with your sitemap submitted. Nobody can honestly promise first place on Google, and Google says so itself, but your site starts with everything it needs to be found.
Who will I be dealing with?
Us, directly. We design, build, host and look after every website ourselves, so you always speak to someone who knows your site.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. We handle the design, hosting and updates. You tell us what you need in plain words and we take care of the rest.
What does a new website cost?
It depends on the pages and features you need. We agree the price with you before any work starts.
How do I ask for changes or report a problem?
Log in to your dashboard and send a bug report or a change request. You can add screenshots and follow every reply in one place.
How does billing work?
Monthly services are paid by card through Stripe, in one bill per website. Add or remove services any time, and download every invoice from your dashboard.
Can I add booking or live chat later?
Yes. Add either one from your dashboard whenever you are ready, and we set it up on your live site.
Can I just message you on WhatsApp?
Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button and send a message. It comes straight to us and we reply personally.
